    • Offer full breakdowns of camp fees, including:
      • Registration costs
      • Additional services (transport, meals, gear, etc.)
      • Any applicable discounts or group rates

    4. Documentation Guidance and Support

    • Ensure parents/guardians are aware of and complete all required documentation:
