    1. Volunteer Registration & Enrollment

    • Volunteers register via the SayPro Volunteer Portal.
    • Assign them to appropriate training paths based on roles (e.g., ushering, logistics, media, safety).
    • Automatically enroll them into relevant SayPro Learning Modules.

    2. Design and Structure of Learning Modules

    Each module includes:

    • Introductory Video
    • Interactive Lessons & Simulations
    • Real-life Scenarios (Quizzes & Roleplay)
    • Downloadable SOPs and Checklists
    • Assessment & Certification
