It is with great pride and excitement that I stand before you today to share a significant development in the growth and future direction of SayPro Sports Development. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter, one that will further solidify SayPro, CKG Foundation, Diepsloot Youth Project and Diepsloot Arsenal Development commitment to empowering athletes, developing future sports leaders, and advancing sports excellence in SayPro, CKG Foundation, Diepsloot Youth Project and Diepsloot Arsenal Development communities.
I would like to first acknowledge the presence of SayPro, CKG Foundation, Diepsloot Youth Project and Diepsloot Arsenal Development respected partners, the SayPro Royal Chiefs, who will play an instrumental role in supporting the continued success of SayPro Sports Development. We are honored to welcome them into SayPro, CKG Foundation, Diepsloot Youth Project and Diepsloot Arsenal Development team and look forward to the strategic guidance they will offer as we work together to achieve SayPro, CKG Foundation, Diepsloot Youth Project and Diepsloot Arsenal Development shared goals.

I must say the journey started in 2017 when we started to map. Today its the official solidification of the relationship between other SayPro Chiefs, Diepsloot Arsenal Development and the Citizen in the Kingdom of God CKG Foundatin.
Through this collaboration, the SayPro Royal Chiefs will provide executive support across several critical areas, including:
- SayPro Strategic Direction and Growth: Helping to shape the long-term vision of SayPro Sports Development by identifying opportunities for expansion, new program development, and strategic partnerships.

I am honored to be joining the Diepsloot Arsenal community, a club that has demonstrated incredible commitment to developing young talent and making a positive impact in the local community. I look forward to working together with all of you to further elevate the club and contribute to the growth and success of soccer in this region.
A Little About Me:
Allow me to briefly introduce myself. My name is Regaugetswe Netshiozwe and I come to SayPro with a deep passion for sports and extensive experience in sports development, coaching, and community engagement. Before stepping into my current role as Chief Development Officer at SayPro, I had the privilege of serving as the Sports Head at Rustenburg Educational College from 2015 to 2017. During these years, I was responsible for overseeing the school’s sports programs, coordinating events, and supporting the development of student-athletes. This experience not only honed my leadership and organizational skills but also deepened my passion for fostering young talent and creating opportunities for athletes to excel. The lessons I learned during my time as Sports Head continue to guide my approach to soccer development today. My journey has been fueled by a belief that soccer has the power to bring people together, foster personal growth, and open doors for individuals in communities across the globe.
My Role at SayPro:
As the Chief Development Officer at SayPro, my role is to guide the organization in its mission to develop soccer at every level—from grassroots initiatives to professional opportunities. I am responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies that strengthen soccer development programs, build partnerships, and ensure that players and coaches are given the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Specifically, I am tasked with focusing on the following:
- Player Development and Pathways:
Working closely with Diepsloot Arsenal, my goal is to design and implement comprehensive player development programs that offer clear pathways for young players to progress in their soccer careers. From grassroots to professional levels, we will ensure that players have access to the best training, mentorship, and opportunities to showcase their talent. - Coaching Support and Excellence:
Coaches are the backbone of any successful soccer program, and as part of my role, I will focus on providing support and professional development for Diepsloot Arsenal’s coaching staff. Together, we will ensure that coaches are equipped with the latest knowledge, training tools, and resources to develop players effectively. This is critical for building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Community Engagement:
Soccer has a unique ability to foster strong community ties, and I am committed to making sure that Diepsloot Arsenal remains a beacon of hope and opportunity for the youth of Diepsloot.
