      • Clearly communicate key information about the camp, including:
        • Daily and weekly schedule
        • Training objectives and age group breakdowns
        • Camp dates, locations, and duration
        • What participants should bring each day
    3. Pricing Transparency
      • Provide detailed and transparent information regarding:
        • Registration and participation fees
        • Optional services (e.g., meals, transport, gear)
        • Discounts or promotions
    4. Documentation Guidance
      • Assist families in understanding and completing all required documents, including:
        • Registration forms
        • Medical consent and clearance
        • Emergency contact details
        • Waivers and legal releases
    5. Registration Tracking and Form Accuracy
      • Maintain an up-to-date registration database to:
        • Track participant enrollment
        • Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted forms

    A key function of the SayPro Camps Office, led by the SayPro Advice Desk Officer SCDR and governed by the SayPro Development Royalty, is to ensure the comprehensive planning and flawless execution of all logistical aspects of SayPro Monthly Soccer Camps. Proper logistics lay the foundation for a safe, efficient, and high-performing training environment.

    Primary Objective

    To organize and manage all logistical components of the camp, including securing appropriate training facilities, preparing equipment, and ensuring that all materials and operational resources are available and functioning throughout the program.

    1. Training Facility Coordination

    • Identify, secure, and confirm bookings for high-quality training venues well in advance of camp dates.
    • Inspect facilities to ensure they meet safety, accessibility, and performance standards (e.g., field quality, lighting, restroom access).
    • Establish backup locations in case of inclement weather or emergencies.
