- Daily Task Reports:
Purpose: To document and evaluate the performance of coaches/trainers and participants in daily tasks and drills.
Submission Requirements:- Daily reports must be submitted by coaches/trainers at the end of each camp day (Day 1 through Day 5).
- Include detailed descriptions of tasks, drills, participant engagement, and any necessary adjustments for future sessions.
- Completed reports will be reviewed by the camp director to track participant progress and coaching effectiveness.
- Fitness Evaluations:
Purpose: To track the physical performance of participants at the beginning and end of the camp.
Submission Requirements:- Pre-Camp Fitness Evaluation (Day 1) must be completed and submitted before any training begins.
- Post-Camp Fitness Evaluation (Day 5) should be submitted at the end of the final day of camp to track fitness progress.
- Both evaluations will be used for assessing physical improvement and conditioning levels throughout the camp.
- Game Analysis Reports:
Purpose: To evaluate player performance during small-sided games and scrimmages.
Submission Requirements:- Game analysis reports must be submitted within 24 hours after each game or scrimmage.

- Training Feedback Forms:

- Daily Submissions:
