Objective:
To ensure the registration process for SayPro Monthly Soccer Camps is smooth, accurate, and efficient, while upholding professional service standards and clear communication.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Prompt and Professional Inquiry Response
    • Respond to all registration inquiries received via phone, email, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Ensure all information provided is accurate, consistent, and reflects the values and professionalism of SayPro.
  2. Detailed Information Provision
    • Clearly explain the structure of the soccer camp, including:
      • Daily schedule
      • Training objectives
      • Age groups and session breakdowns
      • Camp location and logistics
  3. Pricing Transparency
    • Provide a clear breakdown of the camp fees and associated costs:
      • Registration fee
      • Optional services (e.g., transport, meals, gear)
      • Applicable discounts or group rates
  4. Documentation Guidance
    • Inform registrants about all required documentation, such as:
      • Completed registration forms
      • Medical clearance or consent forms
      • Proof of age or ID
      • Emergency contact details
      • Signed waivers or legal agreements
  5. Registration Tracking and Form Accuracy
    • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date tracking system for all camp registrations.
    • Monitor incoming registrations daily to ensure:
      • Each participant has submitted all necessary forms
      • All information provided is complete and legible
      • Any discrepancies or missing documents are promptly flagged and resolved
    • Work closely with administrative staff to update records and secure backups for compliance and audit purposes
  6. Collaboration and Internal Communication
    • Coordinate with the SayPro Advice Desk Officer (SCDR) and the SayPro Development Royalty team to ensure alignment on registration protocols and procedures.
    • Share regular updates and registration status reports with the SayPro Camps Office.
