To ensure that all employees (including coaches, trainers, and participants) at SayPro Development 5-Day Soccer Camp provide comprehensive and accurate documentation related to their tasks, performance, and feedback during the camp. This process will help track progress, assess effectiveness, and maintain a record for future improvements in training and camp programs.
Required Documentation from Employees (Participants)
- Task Reports:
Purpose: To document specific tasks, drills, and exercises led or participated in by employees (coaches/trainers) or participants (players). Format:- Daily Task Report Template (to be filled out after each day of training):

- Daily Submissions:

- Participants will complete their Training Feedback form on the last day of the camp.
- All feedback and evaluations should be submitted to the camp director or assigned administrative staff member either digitally or via hard copy by the end of the camp.
- Documentation Tracking System:
- All documents will be stored in a centralized employee documentation system (either physical or digital) that allows coaches and camp directors to review and track employee progress, participant feedback, and overall camp performance.
