Objective:
To gather comprehensive feedback from camp participants and their parents/guardians to assess overall satisfaction, understand their experience, and identify opportunities for enhancing future SayPro Monthly Soccer Camps.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Design and Distribute Feedback Tools
- Create Effective Feedback Surveys
- Develop clear, concise questionnaires tailored separately for players and parents/guardians.
- Include questions on key aspects such as coaching quality, camp organization, facilities, communication, safety protocols, and overall enjoyment.
- Multiple Feedback Channels
- Provide surveys through various convenient channels, such as:
- Online forms (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey)
- Email invitations
- Paper forms distributed on the final camp day (if applicable)

🔹 2. Encourage High Response Rates
- Communication and Follow-Up
- Clearly explain the purpose of feedback and how it will be used to improve future camps.
- Send reminders to parents and participants to complete surveys within a set timeframe.
- Offer incentives where appropriate (e.g., entry into a prize draw, discount on next camp).
